Orders placed before 4 pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability). Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day using the selected service at checkout. Delivery to the Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isles of Sicily, or the Channel Islands usually takes 2-3 working days.

Europe & Rest of World Delivery

Please note that orders may be subject to customs duties, which are payable by the customer. For more information, please contact your local Customs department.

Delivery times and costs to Europe and the Rest of the World vary based on the destination and order size. The cost will be calculated at checkout. Express Service deliveries may be available at an additional cost; kindly contact us for a quote.

• Europe (Non-EU): From £24.95 (2-10 working days)
• Rest of the World: From £32.95 (5-15 working days)

Local Pick Up

Customers who prefer to collect their orders from True Gent Tattoo Supplies (WA71DX) can choose the 'Pick Up' option at checkout.

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email, which serves as your proof of payment. We will then notify you by email when your order is ready for collection (usually within 1 hour, subject to stock availability).

Pick up is available between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please ensure you bring a printout or screenshot of your email order confirmation. If an item from your order is unavailable, we will promptly inform you.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Delivery: For smaller items (up to 2kg), we use Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Delivery service, with delivery usually taking 1-3 working days (not guaranteed). Bulkier items (over 2kg) will typically be sent using DPD (Next Day).

• Next Working Day: This service is available for most items and is sent via DPD. Please note that it excludes Bank Holidays.

• Guaranteed Saturday Delivery: For orders made on Friday before 4pm that require delivery on Saturday, we offer this service via DPD.
