1.3. Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription remains active and may be amended, changed, or withdrawn for future orders at any time.

1.4. We reserve the right to determine which products are eligible for subscription purchase.

2. Subscription Frequencies

2.1. Customers may select recurring deliveries every 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks, 6 weeks, 7 weeks, or 8 weeks.

2.2. Delivery frequencies may be changed through the customer subscription portal prior to the next billing date.

3. Automatic Renewals & Billing

3.1. By purchasing a subscription product, you authorise True Gent Tattoo Supplies and its authorised subscription providers to automatically charge your selected payment method at your chosen recurring interval.

3.2. Your subscription will continue automatically until cancelled by you or terminated by us in accordance with these Terms.

3.3. Recurring charges may include product costs, shipping charges, and applicable taxes.

3.4. Billing dates may vary due to weekends, bank holidays, payment processing delays, or failed payment retries.

4. Managing Your Subscription

4.2. Customers may change delivery frequency, update payment information, update delivery details, skip subscription orders, pause subscriptions, or cancel subscriptions.

4.3. Changes must be completed before the next billing date to apply to the upcoming subscription order.

4.4. Subscription changes requested after an order has entered processing may not apply until the following renewal cycle.

5. Failed Payments

5.1. If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the payment automatically, contact you requesting updated payment details, delay shipment until payment is successful, or pause or cancel the subscription after repeated failed payment attempts.

5.2. True Gent Tattoo Supplies shall not be responsible for bank charges, overdraft fees, or payment provider charges associated with failed recurring payments.

6. Cancellation

6.1. Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time prior to the next billing date through the subscription portal or customer account.

6.2. Once a subscription renewal payment has been processed, the related order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6.3. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals only and does not affect orders already processed.

6.4. We reserve the right to refuse, pause, suspend, or terminate subscriptions where fraudulent activity is suspected, promotional abuse occurs, products become unavailable, technical or pricing errors occur, or subscriptions are being used for resale or unauthorised commercial distribution.

7. Pricing & Product Changes

7.1. Subscription pricing is not guaranteed for the lifetime of the subscription.

7.2. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing, modify subscription discounts, change product availability, and amend product packaging, specifications, or contents.

7.3. Any pricing changes will apply to future subscription renewals only.

8. Product Availability

8.1. If a subscription item becomes unavailable, we may delay shipment until stock becomes available, substitute a similar item where appropriate, remove unavailable items from the subscription, or cancel the subscription where necessary.

9. Returns & Refunds
